The Honey Atlas is a new brand created by Ben, the Founder and Chief Beekeeper of Ben's Berkshire Bees.

 

For Ben buying and tasting different types of local honey became a bit of an obsession, and this turned into an interest in single varietal honey.

The world of honey is similar to that of wine, there are lots of different styles and characteristics. From light and floral Borage to dark and yeasty buckwheat, there is something for everyone.

There are two things we do not discuss at The Honey Atlas:

 

1) Flavoured/Infused Honey.  All of the honey we talk about is as the bees made it, nothing added, nothing taken away from different types of flowers. 

​

2) Supermarket Honey.  If you are a fan of generic supermarket honey, then find another site!
