First single varietal honeys available from The Honey Atlas!
The Honey Atlas has launched its first two honeys available on our webshop. We only stock single varietal honey. Both of these are from the UK. Borage Honey Our Borage Honey has come from Suffolk where Borage is a common late season cover crop. Borage is sometimes called starflower because of the shape of the bright blue flowers. We are launching a new brand - The Honey Atlas. This will specialise in singe origin honey, like Sunflower, Lime or Borage. Obviously we think our West Berkshire Honey is the best - the champagne of the honey world so to speak. This has been confirmed by awards from National Honey Show judges and the Great Taste Awards.
