First single varietal honeys available from The Honey Atlas!

The Honey Atlas has launched its first two honeys available on our webshop. We only stock single varietal honey. Both of these are from the UK.

Borage Honey

Our Borage Honey has come from Suffolk where Borage is a common late season cover crop. Borage is sometimes called starflower because of the shape of the bright blue flowers. This honey has a wonderful lightness, with a soft floral taste. The honey has a low glucose content so stays runny for a long time.

This honey is really delightful and we are proud to stock it.

Oil Seed Rape Honey

Our Oil Seed Rape Honey is from Berkshire. In the early spring the fields go yellow with Oil Seed Rape flowers. It is grown for its oil.

The honey is intensely sweet and sets to a very firm consistency but with a fine crystal.

This honey is perfect on toast.

The Honey Atlas is the home of single varietal honey.
